Wireless Loadcell Shackle, 4.75T
The PROTOS Load Cell Shackle is the starting point of each load monitoring system. Developed around the well known Crosby Bow shackle, available with a WLL of 3,25T or 4,75T and a safety factor of 5:1. Custom WLL's and sizes are possible on request.
With an IP-rating of 67 and an operating temperature range from -20 to +50℃, all PROTOS Wireless Load Cell Shackles can be used in virtually all weather conditions. we use the free 2.4GHz band that is available world wide, this technology supports a reading distance of up to 800m without any form of external signal boosting.
With either a simple handheld readout unit or with our USB receiver and free software available for PC, PROTOS wireless load monitoring systems increase safety by showing the actual load, on any given point, to the lifting operator. The software allows the setup of schematic stage lay-outs, maximum loads, overload warnings, and e.g. total loads. All set up within minutes. In addition, each PROTOS wireless load cell is real-time, cost effective and easy to use.
